Bright King Room in Modern Flat | Victoria Park

Hi I’m Will, I’ve recently moved into a bright, modern two-bed flat in Hackney Wick and I’m looking for someone to share the space with.

I’d like to live with someone who I can chat to, is social and easy-going, but also enjoys their own space. I work in Tech and I’m big into my sport (especially Football and F1), just getting started with Padel, love movies and pub trips. I’d love to hear what interests we have in common.

The room I’m renting out is generously sized with a comfortable king bed and comes fully furnished. In the room there is a desk setup by the window, overlooking the Olympic Park, creating a serene workspace. The flat has a large living space with a private balcony that gets sun throughout the day.

I will arrange a biweekly cleaner to help keep the communal areas tidy.

Location-wise, it’s ideal - perfectly positioned between Victoria Park and the Olympic Park, so there is plenty of green space nearby. Hackney Wick station is just a 10-minute walk, and Stratford station and Westfield are around 15 minutes away, giving you excellent transport links and shopping options. The lively canals of Hackney Wick are also just minutes away.

Bills:
Council tax and broadband are included in the rent. Electricity, heating and water are not included, with estimated additional costs of around £50-£70 per month.
