I’m looking for a friendly, clean young professional to take a spare room, with viewings happening during the week of 20 April.

I’d love to live with someone who is social and easy-going, but also enjoys their own space and appreciates a calm, respectful home.

A little about me: I’m a PhD student at UCL and into CrossFit, health and fitness, cooking, and going to the pub.

The main bedroom is a good size and benefits from an ensuite; the second bedroom again a good size benefits from the main bathroom and there is a large storage cupboard which is perfect for most excess items such as bicycles. In addition, the flat has access to the communal roof terrace, ideal for those beautiful sunny days.
Bow Church DLR is but a short walk away providing excellent access to Canary Wharf, Tower Hill and Stratford. A short walk further and you will have Bow and Mile End tube stations which are on the Central, District, Hammersmith & City lines. The famous Roman Road market is close by for all your local amenties.
