Two double rooms available in friendly flat near Victoria Park.

Both rooms comes fully furnished and has a shared bathroom.

The house also has a decent sized living room, kitchen and south facing balcony.

Rent is £933 a month for the larger room, and £900 for the smaller, and bills are roughly £100-£150 a month. Rooms are available mid-May, with some flexibility on dates.

You’ll be joining Ed who have been living here for two years, as myself and Cam move in with our partners. Ed is super friendly and enjoys house dinners, trips to the pub, hanging out, and the occasional gym trip. He's very chilled and easy going.

The room is 2 minutes from Victoria Park which is great in summer and 10 mins from Hackney Wick. Also around a 20 mins cycle to Liverpool Street.
