Studios in Amazing Converted Warehouse

Hi there,
We are looking for housemates interested in joining our community and sharing our space in a converted warehouse.

Deposit is one months rent. Rent includes ALL bills.
This is a MONTHLY rolling contract, and the notice to leave is ONE month.
Plus our "kitty" £10/month (cleaning stuff, toilet paper etc)

Our warehouse is located on Fish Island by the Peanut factory.. 5-10 minutes walk from Hackney Wick Station, 15 min to Stratford Westfield, from Victoria Park 2 min via the Canal.. Centrally located ideal for cycling.

Buses: 279, 488, 8
Overground: Hackney Wick
DLR: Pudding mill lane

The warehouse has -
19 Studios of different sizes,
3 Showers,
5 Toilets,
2 Kitchens,

Huge living room,
Large secure bike storage,
+ Loads of communal work space.

We are a motley collection of people from all over, artists, musicians, entrepreneurs, coffee roasters, tradesmen, designers, general - a bunch of caring and creative souls.

It is a big space ideal for anyone with a little imagination, always people about but surprisingly laid back. We all get on well and are respectful of noise during the week.

We have a cleaning rota for the house, and you'd be expected to clean 1 HOUR / WEEK! (only) Keep up with your/our rota!

(as well as contributing £10 a month to our kitty for household essentials - cleaning products, loo roll, etc.)
