We're two girls in full-time employment, renting a spacious, fully furnished flat with 3 bedrooms. We have a double room available from 19th May as our friend and long-term housemate is moving to be closer to work.

We would like to find another professional female, in full-time employment, who enjoys the quiet of a peaceful neighbourhood.

The house offers:

- short distance from Alexandra Park via bus or walking and other green spaces, gym, etc.

In terms of financing:
- Bills are not included with the rent, but they are within standard range for the area (we share gas & electro, water and broadband)
- the deposit is a bit bigger than the 5 week max allowed by the ad (903 GBP)
- Council tax is in bracket E
