En Suite in Gorgeous Sunny Blackhorse Road Flat 🌈

Hey lovelies!

We have an en-suite room available in our 3-bed flat at Equipment Works in Blackhorse Road from the second week of May. Our housemate has bought himself a house and will sadly be leaving us.

We’re a 2 min walk from Blackhorse Road station (Victoria Line, Suffragette Overground), which takes you into central London in 20-30 mins. We’ve found the commute to be super easy.

The flat itself is on the 6th floor of the building and has a huge balcony with views over the Walthamstow wetlands, which makes for unreal sunsets. We also enjoy floods of sunlight, built-in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen island, and it comes furnished with the basics (beds, sofas, TV stand, tables, chairs, bedside tables, etc).

The building is lovely and brand new. There is a concierge, a residents’ gym, coworking spaces, meeting rooms, communal kitchens with free coffee, and even a movie room, all included in the rent. The neighbours are friendly, lots of cute pups and families as well as working professionals.

We moved in Jan so we’re also quite new to the place, and looking for someone who can round us out as a trio :-) We’re pretty wholesome and we value creating a communal feel in the house.

Rent and deposit:

The rent is £1224 without bills and the deposit is £1412.
The building is really energy efficient so we are not expecting to pay more than £100 a month with all bills (water, electricity, heating, council tax, wifi).

Referencing:

You will need to go through standard referencing checks with the Equipment Works agent, but it was very quick and easy for us.

You’ll be sharing this flat with two of us:

Arjun (29) - works in consulting. Into theatre, literature, poetry, film and TV, baking. Vegan.

Meg (31) - working in marketing as a content writer. Into spirituality, nature, cooking + baking, arts + craft, travel.
