The property is spacious with a lovely quiet garden and private terrace 🪴

6 minute walk to the mainline train station, (Blackheath) for a short commute into central and city: 13 minutes into London Bridge and 22 minutes to Charing Cross.

The room can be available unfurnished, or part furnished with double bed, tv cabinet, and clothes rail if preferred.

Would ideally suit a teacher or professional who is clean and mostly works away from home (as I am fully remote). Also considerate of having a pup around as the home is shared with a Cocker Spaniel 🐾

About me: I'm a somatic therapist working mostly online from home. I really appreciate a clean and chilled home environment where we're respectful of each others space whilst also saying hello and catching up when we have the time. Outside of work I'm often with my family, friends, at the gym, or on walks. I'd
love to share with a good vibes person whose also chilled, clean, and respectful of our space ☺️

Shared living room arrangements can be discussed but I mostly use it as an office during the daytimes. The bedroom room is also really spacious for a chair/sofa and tv.
