Located in the heart of East London life, with independent cafes and great little pubs. There is a convenience store on ground floor, and a yoga and meditation centre directly opposite. Victoria Park is 8 - 9 minutes away.

Bethnal Green station (central line) is a 3 - 4 minutes walk. Stepney Green station (district line) is a 7 - 8 minutes walk. Secure bike storage available on ground floor. The building is a privately owned block, on a safe and well lit main road.

You will be sharing with a live-in landlord. I am an easy going, professional, 41 years old male. I am tidy and considerate. I enjoy a chat in the evenings/glass of wine, and also enjoy my own space. I prefer a minimum 3 months and then a rolling 1 month tenancy, just in case your plans change. If you have different requirements happy to discuss.

I am looking for a responsible male/female of 28 years and upwards, who will treat the place as their own. I am happy to consider well trained dog/pet too.
