The time has come for me to move out of this amazing flat into my own place.
I’m looking for someone to take on my lease for this great flat. You’ll have a double room (unfurnished), shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and terrace, which all have furnishings.
You’ll be living with Kate and Jack.
Kate is an Aussie who works in marketing, loves making homemade pasta and going for long runs at weekend followed by a few pints in the pub. Kate and I have been enjoying mid week wines re watching Sex and The City or Kath and Kim.
Jack is from England and works in architecture, enjoys swimming and hiking.
The flat is ideally positioned a short walk from Bethnal Green station. Columbia Road flower market is at the end of the road.
We are looking for a clean and tidy housemate to replace me in the flat.
