Hi!

My current flatmates are moving out at the end of May, so I’m looking for a new flatmate (single or couple) to take over this beautiful, very spacious double room — with a rare bonus: an additional room of the same size, perfect as a studio, office, or creative workspace.

You’d be sharing with me — a Spanish fashion designer based in East London.

* Large double bedroom
* Additional same-size room (ideal as a studio, workspace, dressing room, etc.)
* Both rooms come unfurnished
* Current flatmates are happy to sell furniture if needed

💸 Price

* £1400/month (excluding bills)
* Bills approx:

I’m looking for someone (or a couple) who values a peaceful environment and mutual respect.

Creatives are very welcome (especially if you’d love the extra room as a studio), but I’m open to anyone who feels aligned with this kind of space.
