The Space & The Situation:
Spacious, fully furnished double room in a 2-bed house. Important: I am putting the house on the market in the next two weeks, so I am looking for someone for a maximum of 2 months.

Because I am preparing to move, I’ll be busy packing and sorting boxes in the common areas. If you don't mind a "moving house" vibe for a few weeks, this is a very affordable, flexible setup.

The Location:

2 min walk: South Bermondsey Station (one stop to London Bridge).

10 min walk: Surrey Quays (Overground) & Bermondsey (Jubilee Line).

Ideal Flatmate:
I am a software developer working from home all day, so I’m ideally looking for someone who is out during the day (office-based, traveler, or student).

Price & Terms:

Rent: £300 per week (All bills + Wi-Fi included).

No Deposit: Just pay the first week/month in advance.

Notice: 1 week’s notice either way.

Viewings: As the house is being sold, there will be occasional viewings (likely batched on Saturdays), but I will always give you advance notice.

Extras: Full use of the kitchen (pots, pans, cutlery) and fresh towels provided if you need them.
