Leaving this flat is genuinely bittersweet as I have been here for over 5 years, but it's time for my next great adventure. The good news for you is that someone's going to land an incredible room.

You'd be joining a warm, friendly flat in one of Battersea's best-located buildings. It is a 5 minute walk from Battersea Power Station Tube, Battersea Park Overground (5 minutes to Victoria) and Queenstown Road Overground.

The room is a generous double with its own private, separate bathroom, so no sharing, no queuing.

The flat itself is seriously spacious with a large open-plan kitchen and living area and a private balcony, both with views of the London Eye and Big Ben. It's the kind of thing you genuinely don't get bored of and perfect for watching the NYE fireworks!

The building also comes with a residents' gym and 24/7 concierge, both of which are rarer than you'd think at this price point.

Your flatmates would be Sinead (38, Midwife) and James (34, Facilities Manager), both well-travelled, active and friendly. They love the occasional night out but equally enjoy relaxed weekends at home so the balance is pretty good. No drama, just a nice place to live.

Bills are split three ways and typically come to around £100-150 per person per montiy.
