- The room has a king size bed, double wardrobe, as well as its own bathroom (pictured).
- The flat is in a great location, it’s right by the river, a 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction station, 15 mins from Northcote Road, 20 mins from Battersea Park and has great bus links to Victoria.
- It’s a great size with lots of storage and an open plan living/kitchen area, a balcony and also a roof top terrace which is great for the summer.
- Available from 20th April but can be flexible for later dates if needed.
- Rent is £1,237.50 per month and bills are usually around £200 per person per month.
- Deposit is £1,312.50 and is logged via DPS.
- Referencing will be £30.

- I’m 31, I work at L’Oreal (great discount!) and I am in the office 3 days a week.
- I enjoy going to the gym, running, Pilates, exploring coffee shops, trips to battersea park, seeing friends and a good pub trip!

- I’m looking for a flat mate who is likeminded and similar to me, who will make the flat a home.
- I’ve made the flat a cosy clean space so keen to share with someone who will do the same.
- I have my own friends and social life but looking for someone who is happy to hang out with a wine or watch tv in the evenings!
