Beautiful double room in Battersea

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our friendly girls-only home in Battersea!

The available room is a bright, south-facing double with plenty of natural light. It comes furnished with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe as well as two small shelves.
The flat is located just a few minutes from Battersea Park and the River Thames, with excellent transport links nearby. Buses provide easy access to South Kensington, Sloane Square, Victoria, Clapham Junction, and Battersea Power Station.

This is a long-term let (minimum 12 months, with the option to extend).
The property is split over two levels: upstairs, there are three bedrooms along with a separate bathroom and toilet. Downstairs, you’ll find a cosy living room with a small balcony and a kitchen.

You’ll be living with three girls, two young professionals and one part-time working student, with two of them being a couple. We’re all 25 years old and are ideally looking for someone aged between 20 and 30 who will fit well with the household. We enjoy arts and crafts, board games, figure skating, and outdoor activities like hiking.

We’re looking for someone who:
- is clean and tidy, and who will treat this space with respect (we’re not cleaning freaks, but let’s be reasonable)
- is friendly and inclusive
- takes responsibility for their guests
- does not smoke or use drugs
- is considerate with noise, especially in the evenings (we have early starts, sometimes as early as 5 am, so we keep things quiet after 9 pm)
- can pass agency reference and guarantor checks.

We’re a predominantly vegan household, so we’d love someone who’s considerate about raw meat in shared spaces. We also make an effort to recycle and would love someone who does the same.

Our tenancy agreement doesn’t currently allow pets, but you’re welcome to check with the agency if needed.

As we’re hoping to find someone long-term, we’d like to meet beforehand to make sure we’re a good fit!
