En-suite room in modern furnished Battersea flat

We've got a room available in our very spacious 3 bed 3 bathroom flat available from October as our other flatmate is moving back to Germany

About the flat:
It's a very newly built super modern building. The flat is enormous with a winter garden, and five separate balconies, occupying half of an entire floor.

Furniture is included, plus a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and we recently bought all new kitchen stuff. The development also has a communal roof terrace, 24hr concierge and a gym.

Bills are pretty low, at about £150 p. p. for council tax, electricity, water, heating, and internet. We also get a cleaner in every two weeks at a cost of £18 p. p. per week.

We are looking for someone who is a working professional, easy going and wants to not only be housemates but also be friends and enjoy London together. We like having dinner parties at home, watching movies together, going for a pint to our local pub or to Pear Tree Cafe

About us:
Myself (Wim) and Katie (as well as the flatmate that's leaving) met on Spareroom about a year ago and found this flat together. We all travel a lot, but when we’re around we like to do things together and have been on various trips together too. For us living together is not transactional or about "saving money", it's really about having a fun social environment that we can call home and having friends that also want to get the most out of living in this incredible city. We also both have memberships at Third Space and often go on walks together.

Wim:
I am a 29yo guy from Cape Town, working in management consulting and moved to London a year and a half ago. In general I’m a pretty laid back guy, but with strong opinions on food and cooking haha. I like to have fun and socialise. I tend to be an outgoing person that enjoys hanging out with others finding new restaurants, travelling and hiking, etc.

Katie:
[Pending Katie input lol] In the meantime, Katie is a super fun person, obsessed with Harry Potter and fun vibes. Katie's very easy going and was the MVP of Christmas decorating last year.
