Conveniently situated, the property is a 4-minute walk to Queenstown Road Station, an 7-minute walk to Battersea Park and Battersea Park Station, a leisurely 15-minute stroll to Battersea Power Station. There are also plenty of bus options from just outside the flat.

I'm looking for a chilled, friendly, corporate professional to take the second bedroom. A female flat mate is preferred. Must be clean people, clean, with the photos reflecting the expectations of how the flat should be kept, as well as being respectful of the flat and furniture as everything is new.

I also have a cat, so anyone who reaches out must like cats and be ok to feed her or with a cat sitter coming if I go away.
