Double room available in our 2-bed maisonette in Balham
Our housemate is moving out in June which means that we will have a double room available in our 2-bed maisonette in Balham, right next to Wandsworth Common.
The house is well-kept and tidy, and really well located with Wandsworth common station just a 2-minute walk away (regular trains to Clapham junction and Victoria) and Balham station a 10-minute walk away (Tube and Overground). Bellevue Road is also only 5 minutes away which has loads of lovely cafes, pubs and shops.
The other room is rented by my boyfriend and I - we're both 27 and are looking for someone who's a similar age and is looking for a base in South London. The room is £1,300 total - this includes rent, all bills and monthly contribution to the house pot for cleaning stuff and washing tablets etc. We’re looking for a 12-18 month tenancy but can be flexible.
