Double room to rent in friendly Balham house share

Hi we're Lotte, Jonny and Alistair and we're looking for a new housemate to join us in our Balham flat. Sadly our current flatmate is leaving us to buy! The room will be free from 23 May.

Lotte is 27 and works in PR. She loves exploring London on her weekends, from coffee shops to bookshops and occasionally going hiking on train trips out the city. She loves a gin and tonic and baking occasionally.

Jonny is 29 and works in Insurance. He loves football and all things sport & fitness so he'll always be down for a run or gym sesh. He likes to go for drinks and exploring new bars and pubs, so hopefully you'll have some recommendations!

Alistair is 29 and works in works in social research. Big into sport he is a keen runner, and is now taking up swimming. He loves football, F1, and rugby, and is always down to watch over a pint. He also loves attending gigs and festivals.

We're looking for a female housemate to keep the gender split in the flat. Ideally we'd like someone mid to late 20s or early 30s. We like to hang out as a flat and often hang out with the flat above us too but we also have our own social circles. Unfortunately we can't accept couples.

About the room:

The room is upstairs, next to one other bedroom. It comes with a double bed, bedside table and wardrobe space. You will be sharing a downstairs bathroom with Alistair and the flat itself has lots of shared storage space. There is space in the living room for you to have a desk.

About the house :

We live in an open plan living room and kitchen area, with a patio garden which is a lovely space for a bbg in the summer. We also have a combined washer/dryer and a dishwasher in the kitchen. We do like to keep this space tidy and clean, so we're looking for house mates who will respect this and pull their weight around the house.

The room is currently £725 per month paid on 17th of the month. We pay bills which come to around £100/month.

You will need to pay a £670 deposit and £50 admin name change fee.
