Hi girls we are looking for someone to takeover our flatmates room as she is moving in with her boyfriend!

📍Location: 12 min walk from Balham station really quiet homely street.
💰Price: £1070 not including bills - bill come to around £110
🏡taking on the contract from 7th June, possibility to move in sooner
🚽3 toilets and 2 bathrooms

You will be living with Ella (28) and Ellie (28) friends from uni. Ella works in Construction and 4 days in the office. Ellie works in PR and 3 days in the office. We are looking for someone to join our flat and making it a cute home. Not a party flat but we love having dinners and going out together. Looking for a friend and not just a housemate. 🩷

The room is unfurnished but departing flatmate Lucy is willing to sell the furniture at a reasonable price this includes bed, mattress, bedside table wardrobe and draws.

Must haves:
✅Full time employment earning minimum of £30k
✅25+
