We’re looking for a friendly, female (preference) flatmate to join our warm and welcoming home.

The two tenants left are both female, ages 26 & 28, working professionals who enjoy pub trips and cosy nights in, looking for someone like minded who can become a friend and not just a roommate.

The room comes unfurnished but we're happy to negotiate leaving the wardrobe / chest of drawers & desk in living space (which will also be yours to use if WFH).

The flat is spacious and well-loved, with a gorgeous modern kitchen featuring oak worktops, integrated appliances, dishwasher, and a cosy dining area.

The living room is generously sized with built-in shelving, original floorboards, and a relaxed, homely feel, perfect for evenings in. The bathroom is sleek and modern with a full bath, overhead shower, and heated towel rail.

Outside, there’s a private paved garden, a rare find, ideal for summer evenings.

The flat is ideally located near Balham, short walk to Balham station or Streatham Hill with a bus stop just round the corner. Right near Tooting Common and plenty of other green spaces.

I have been here for 18 months and only moving out due to moving in with girlfriend. We’re looking for someone tidy, sociable but respectful of personal space, and who takes pride in a lovely home.
