You’ll be living with me and my two friendly cats, so you will need to be comfortable around pets. The flat has a shared bathroom and a simple kitchen setup (air fryer, microwave, kettle and toaster – no traditional cooker). Great location with Balham station, shops and cafes nearby. I’m looking for someone clean, respectful and easygoing who’s happy with a peaceful home. Available from 23rd March for approx. 2 months. Rent is £850 per month with a £450 deposit.
