Double room near Clapham South tube

We're looking for a friendly and sociable professional to join our lovely house share in Clapham South. We are all working professionals so we don’t want someone who will be throwing midweek house parties, but all the same we don’t want a room hermit 😁

The house has a kitchen, dining area, big living room, 1 bathroom and a decent sized garden. Rooms come fully equipped with all the furniture and the rest of the house has all the other bits you need (washing machine, microwave etc.) You'll be living with 3 lads aged between 26-31. We are a friendly bunch and are after a sociable, clean and tidy person who is respectful of their surroundings.

We are 5 minutes away from the tube station (Clapham South), Clapham Common, and all the shops on the high street (Tesco, Sainsbury’s, M&S).
