Hi!

We are looking for a friendly girl to join us in our lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat. You would be sharing the main bathroom with one other, with good storage space.

Room is available from 31st May but this can be moved slightly earlier if needed.

Location:
Located on the second floor of a mansion building on a nice, safe, residential st. Close to the high st with supermarkets, shops, pubs and the tube / train station only a 6min walk away. We are also very close to Wandsworth Common.

The room:
Small, sunny double room furnished with bed. Option to purchase the perfectly-fitting 3-door wardrobe and desk / chair.
The flatmates:
An English girl (27) and a Kiwi girl (40) - young at heart! We love travel, eating out, socialising, keeping active, pub nights out & nights in with reality TV. We both work hybrid - 3-4 days in office.

We keep the place clean and tidy, and also a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks.

You:
We are looking for a girl 28+ in age, similar to us that will slot right in. Ideally someone that is not just a house mate, but someone that can become a friend and be part of a happy home. We keep a clean place, have a lot of laughs, respect each others privacy and do our own things as well.
