We are looking for an easy going, clean and considerate housemate to rent our v spacious spare room in a spacious flat in Upper Holloway / archway - zone 2.

There are lots of great shops, cafes and bars in the area and a very quick tube journey to central london/ north London.

One bathroom with bath and shower, outdoor space - two balconies and lots of places to work indoors.

Bills are electricity, cleaner, gas, water & broadband on top.

James owns the property and it’s his main base and Mary lives and works between here and Manchester. Both of us may be here sometimes and sometimes you’d have the whole place to yourself for a while it depends on the month. We both go away for significant periods on and off so it’s quite nice that you can have the space to yourself.

Looking for a conscientious person who cleans up after themselves and has a good sense of humour and is generally a relaxed person to live with. No OCD! 😁. For a couple the rent would go up to £2100. We are also open to shorter lets whilst the room is free and can discuss a lower rate for artists :).

Large tv and comfy sofas in living room and lights that magically turn on when you walk down corridors. Exciting stuff.
