Small Double Room in Angel

We’ve got a small double room going in our house in Angel, about a 3-minute walk from the tube. The canal is right nearby, Exmouth Market is just around the corner, and within walking distance to Farringdon and the Barbican.

You’d be living with three of us, professionals (tech and finance) in their mid-20s (2 male, 1 female). We’ve all got our own routines, but we get on well and keep things easygoing at home.
We’re into road cycling, running and artistry.
The room itself suits someone who is office based, although you can occasionally WFH in the open-plan kitchen/living room.
Whilst this is not a party flat, we do have a rooftop terrace where we welcome a barbecue in summer.

We’re looking for a young professional who’s chill, respectful and up for a friendly but fairly relaxed house share. Whilst we do have a dishwasher and a bi-weekly cleaner, we do value cleanliness throughout.
