Hi!

We have a room available in our stunning 4 bedroom, 4 storey Georgian house in Angel.

Available May 31st.

The house is located on Liverpool Road, just moments from Upper Street with its plethora of cafes, shops and restaurants and 5 minutes from Angel tube station.

The property consists of a large kitchen and living room leading onto a garden. There is a second double lounge/dining area that consumes the entire ground floor with original fire place, solid wood flooring & dining table.

The bedroom is located on the 3rd floor and comes unfurnished.

Rent excludes bills, which we split equally. We have super fast internet and a fortnightly cleaner.

You’ll be living with 4 young professional in their early 30s (three guys, one girl) friendly and sociable who enjoy their space but also like having dinners and hanging out together.
