Charming Georgian flat - room available in Angel

I am leaving this charming flat after 2.5 years of living here and looking for someone to take over my room and make it their home.

This is a Georgian town house full of character, with tall ceilings, big windows letting lots of light in offering good size rooms for such a central location. You will be able to make the room your own - a little sanctuary for yourself in the middle of all the beauty and chaos London has to offer.

You would be living around the corner from plenty of coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and shops. You are only 5 minutes away from Pophams and Joelene to (my favourites) and only 12min walk from Angel station.
There are an abundance of yoga studios (Samya my favourite), pilates and gyms near by.

I often would go to yoga on a Saturday morning, followed by picking up a coffee, have a walk along Regents canal and end up spending lots of time in the Waterstones in Islington Green before exploring a wine bar near by (Goodbye Horses a personal favourite).

it is easy to commute to and from with Angel station, Essex Road Station and Highbury and islington walking distance and plenty of buses.

There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor, with my room overlooking the street, and a spacious kitchen and living room on the floor below. We have a cleaner every 2 weeks to make sure the flat is kept very clean.

Bills: approx £150 per month.

My current flat mates are both female working professionals who are respectful and would make you feel very welcome.
