We’re looking for a new housemate to join us on Friend Street :)

The house is currently home to one female (American) and two males (Lebanese/Moroccan and German), all in our 30s working across tech, sports marketing and advertising. We’re sociable, friendly, and respectful of each other’s space, with busy schedules during the week.

We’re keen to find someone who similarly has their own routine and social life outside the house but who also enjoys the occasional shared dinner, movie night, or spontaneous hangout.

Who we’re looking for:
Ideally, a woman in her 30s who is easygoing, considerate, and takes pride in keeping a clean, calm and welcoming home environment. This is not a party house and it’s generally quiet during the week, so it would suit someone who values a peaceful, well-maintained space. We’re looking for someone who is naturally tidy and proactive about shared housing spaces i. e. everyone contributes to keeping the house running smoothly :)

About the house:
The house is split over three levels, with two bedrooms on each upper floor and a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area on the ground floor.

The room available is south-facing and gets the best light in the house, with lovely morning sun. It’s unfurnished, with space for a double bed.

There’s plenty of shared storage (hallway cupboards + attic for suitcases), The room shares a bathroom with just one other person. The house has 3.5 bathrooms total (2x ensuites).

We also have a private back terrace with a large seating area and a BBQ plus secure side access for bikes.

The house is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, gas cooker).

Located on a quiet one-way street, with Exmouth Market, Angel and great transport links all within easy walking distance.

Costs:
* Rent: £1,135/month
* Deposit: £1,161
* Bills: ~£160–£180/month (incl. utilities, council tax, cleaner every 2 weeks)

* Available from 1st June
* Viewings to be scheduled between May 5-14
