Room for rent in Whitechapel

I am looking for a new housemate to join me in my sunny Whitechapel flat (E11PY). My lovely housemate is moving out to live with his partner and as a result I am looking for someone to replace him.

The flat: It is a double room and south facing. It can fit a desk, however it wouldn’t be suited to someone who works from home full-time. There is a modern joint kitchen/living room and a little balcony we use mainly for socialising and drying clothes with a great view of east London. It is really well connected with a 10-15 minute walk to Aldgate, Whitechapel and Shadwell.

About me: I am 28 from Manchester, living in East London for 5 years. I work in government relations which means I work from home and the office interchangeably - usually I am out at least 2/3 days a week. I am a big sports fan, I love cooking/baking (I can promise baked goods!) and I am often travelling for work or fun.

About you: I am looking for a housemate in their late 20s-early 30s who is clean and respectful with similar lifestyle to me. I have always built friendships with those I have lived with and want someone who is up for good vibes and occasional flat meals, however also happy to have their own space.

Rent: The rent is £1050 not including bills which can be roughly £200-300. The contract is run through an estate agent.
Dates:
The move-in date is mid-June on contract, however my current housemate is leaving end of May so there is flexibility for early June.
