🛁You’ll be sharing a bathroom (only sink and toilet, you’ll have your own shower) with one of the flatmates who is very clean and friendly.
👭Everyone is respectful and easygoing
🗺️ The location is great for someone who doesn’t want to spend a lot of time commuting. The connectivity is very good, i’ve never had any issues with getting somewhere or coming back. Nor i ever felt unsafe

🧹Cleaner once every two weeks is included in the rent

💸 Bills in summer would be around £20-30, in winter £50-60

🗓️The room is available from May 7, but flexible.
