Double Bedroom near Aldgate East

Hello,

I am letting a double room in my flat a few minutes away from Aldgate East Station. The flat is a 3-bedroom in a very nice development with 2 roof tops, a gym, Sauna, indoor CCTV parking (available at no extra cost if needed) and close to all amenities (Cinema, gym, pubs, takeouts, groceries all within 2-3 minutes walking distance).

The room is available from 01st of May (or a bit later if needed).

You'll share the flat with
Will, 23, british and working in M&A. He likes to fly planes during his spare time and race cars
Myself, 32, French and working in Financial Markets in Liverpool Street and avid gym goer in my spare time

Total bills are around 110£ a month for the flat.

When sending a message, if you could tell me a bit about yourself that would be great (how long do you want to stay, what are you doing in London, for how long have you been there, how much do you deadlift... usual stuff :) )
