Looking for a Housmate in this cozy 2 bedroom flat. Available from mid May-mid June. Ideally someone looking to stay long term

My current housemate is moving out because he has bought a house so no longer makes sense for him to rent.

Acton, W3. 15 min walk to East Acton or North Acton (central line) 10 min walk to Acton Main Line (Lizzie line) and 17 min walk to Central Acton (Mildmay Line)

Room: £875 + Bills (roughly £170 a month) rent might go up ever so slightly once we renew contract.

A little about me 💗

I am 25, work in the film industry as a lighting technician so I have crazy hours. Which also means I am rarely at home. I like cozy evenig with a book and a glass of wine. I also love running and baking.

I like the flat tidy as it's small. So ideally i'd love to have a housemate with similar hygiene standards but also someone I can become friends with and have nice evening hang outs after a hectic day at work.
