Nice Room Available in Spacious Flat

You will have exclusive night-time access to the master bathroom pictured as I have an ensuite in my room on a higher floor. Shared living room is very bright with 2-storey floor to ceiling windows and a balcony. The extensive wardrobe provides a large amount of storage space and there is also space in the living area. Close to District, Piccadilly, Central and Mainline/Overground stations with excellent bus links from just outside the building too. Looking for a chilled out, reliable flatmate, ideally not regularly out until early hours (and if so, quiet and respectful beyond 10pm) and who can strike a balance between spending time relaxing together and giving each other our own space at times too. Bills aren’t included and come to 300 a month (or 400 for couples) and that includes a weekly cleaning service. This has gone up for obvious reasons recently and if you need a breakdown please ask! The rent however is significantly below market value (deliberately because I'd rather have someone I want to live with than someone with deep pockets!).
