The room: it’s honestly huge (I’d guess roughly 6 x 4m) and gets loads of natural light thanks to the south-facing windows. There’s also a fold-out sofa which is great if you ever have friends staying over.

The flat: Super spacious (with a separate living room which is rare for London), really bright, and has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. It’s really well-lit and just feels very warm and homely.

Location: It’s really central and honestly hard to beat - 2 mins from St John’s Wood tube, ~5 mins to the high street, and right by Finchley Road, so everything you need is nearby.

The details:

· ~£40 council tax

· ~£60 other bills (WiFi, gas, electricity)

The housemates: You’ll be living with three lovely girls (21–26): a law student, a young professional, and a creative freelancer. It’s a super easy, friendly vibe - everyone’s independent but up for the occasional wine or catch-up.

Move-in + viewings: Ideally move in would be from 11th May (with potential for a bit of flexibility for the right person). Viewings will mostly be weekends (Sat/Sun, 10am–3pm).

This would be a tenancy up until October 1st 2026 with the option to renew
