Double room in Lincoln - looking for housemate

I have a double bedroom becoming available, in a property I rent, from the 25th of April. The room is a large double - the current tenant is able to fit a large chest of drawers, a superking bed, bedside tables and a portable tanning bed in there, with room to spare. More photos to be posted once the current tenant has taken them.

I am the only other housemate. There are three bedrooms - you will also have access to the spare bedroom room for any needs. There are two living rooms, one is furnished and the other is extra space. There is a desk for anyone who needs to work from home.

I am a working professional, looking for a housemate who is preferably female, however I am open to others if it is the right fit. I work during term time in a school, so I am generally out of the house from 7am-5pm Mondays to Fridays. I am also fully DBS checked, no criminal records, etc. I will be happy to meet up or chat with any potential housemates prior to any agreements.
