I am looking for a lodger to share my beautiful Stoneygate house with. The room is spacious, with double bed, work desk, and en-suite bathroom. You will have the top floor mostly to yourself (there is also a guest room, which would occasionally share the bathroom). Downstairs there is a huge kitchen / dining / living area, and a lovely garden.
The area is quiet and leafy. The house is 30 mins walk from the University of Leicester and less than 10 mins from the Co-op on London road. There is a bus stop nearby, and nice shops and cafes on Allandale road.
The rent of £575 includes all bills except energy, which will be split between us. Included is council tax, water, internet, and TV license. Energy bills have averaged about £100 per person per month.
I’m a university lecturer. The room would suit a graduate student or professional looking for a quiet space.
