Double room

I am a live in landlord looking to rent out my double room it currently has a double bed in the room, blinds, tv on the wall and a small wardrobe. If you want a bigger wardrobe can get one or if you have your own you can use that. If you also have your own TV can put that on the wall for you. I have put the ad as an ensuite as the main bathroom is next to the double room and you’d have full use of it to yourself. I would occasionally be using this for a bath but not much as I have my own ensuite. I am a smoker but only outside. I work Mon - Friday 9-6 So ideally someone who doesn’t come into the house early hours. Use of the full house including the lounge but respecting some privacy and I live here with my partner and we do watch television in the lounge sometimes. Will have full cupboard space in the kitchen and use of fridge and freezer (own shelf in the fridge and draw in the freezer) again happy to buy another freezer if needed.
