I am the live-in landlord and work as a software engineer. I’m friendly, open-minded, and respectful, and I value a relaxed, calm atmosphere at home. You would be the only lodger in the house, which makes the home very quiet and private.

Located in a new development area (Wellington Place), walking distance to Market Harborough town centre, just a 2-minute walk from the Grand Union Canal with great views, and only a 1-minute walk to bus stops with direct links to Leicester and Northampton. The Sainsbury Local is just 5 minutes walking distance , and one dedicated parking space is available in front of the home.
