I am seeking a lodger to rent the master bedroom. The spacious room is located in the West End on a quiet residential street. It is within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants including Tesco Superstore on Braunstone Gate.

It is a terrace house, with a quiet, and respectful set up, the neighbours either side are also quiet. This would suit a like minded, mature, personality. The room is equipped with an ergonomic desk and adjustable office chair, bed and bedside drawer, built in closet, and a shelving unit. Shared areas of the house include the dining room lounge, kitchen and bathroom and back garden.

The rent includes bills ( gas, elec, water, council tax, TV licence and broadband). High usage of gas and electric would incur additional costs.

If you are a quiet, clean and respectful working professional then this could be the home for you. I am rarely at home so you would have the place to yourself. The room suits an independent person who is happy in their own company.
