This is the lounge (and my dog lola)

I have a well-kept 4-bedroom home in Leyland, located on a quiet, friendly estate with easy access to Preston (10 mins) and Manchester (around 40 mins).

🛏 Room available:
Double room – £550 (bills included)
This room is a medium sized double and will be fully furnished.

I also have a box room that I am happy to rent out in addition to this room for an extra £100 per month. It’s a great space for a walk-in wardrobe area or home office if you work from home!

The room is on the middle floor with a shared bathroom (I have my own en-suite upstairs, so you won’t be sharing with me). The bathroom is shared between the 2 bedrooms on the middle floor.

🐾 A note about the house:

I have a friendly labradoodle called Lola, so being a dog person is a must. She’s very affectionate and part of the home. She will probably come into your room for a cuddle and to see if you’ve got any snacks.

👤 About me:

I work full-time (mostly office-based), keep the house clean and relaxed, and tend to keep to myself during the week. I enjoy a peaceful environment but I’m also friendly and easy to get along with.
