Bright, Clean Double Room in friendly home

Bright, comfortable double room available on the top floor of the house. It’s a great space with plenty of room to make it your own, and it comes with its own bathroom. I have an en-suite in my room, so the top floor bathroom is essentially just for you.
The house is clean, well looked after, and has a relaxed, respectful vibe. There’s a fully equipped kitchen and a really good shared living space, including a proper home cinema setup which is great for chilled evenings.
We also have a regular cleaner who takes care of the shared areas like the kitchen and bathrooms, so everything stays on top of things.
For peace of mind, the house has a home security system - all bedroom doors are connected to a digital system (you’ll have app access), and there’s a video camera at the front of the property.
A bit about me - I’m a high school teacher, friendly, easygoing, and respectful of people’s space. I spend time at the gym, enjoy running and hiking on weekends, and I’m often with my girlfriend. I also enjoy a good film, so the cinema setup definitely gets used.
