It's a beautiful furnished house with 2 bedrooms and one attic room. Double bedroom is taken now. The single bedroom is available from mid-april with large almirah, single bed and table chair. Room is for 300 includes council tax and other utilities like water, electric, gas and wifi is shared between tenants which is extra (not included in 300). Common space has sofa, large tv. Kitchen has all amenities like fridge, washing machine, dryer, air fryer, oven, microwave etc. it's a quite house with working professionals, currently 2 males staying one in the double room and one in artic. Attic room can be shared by 2 as well.
