Cosy room for rent in Buckshaw Village

Hi there

I have a very cosy double room to rent out in my three storey town house. As I live in the property, you would be a lodger and not a tenant.

It’s a large room, with a wall mounted TV, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets and drawers. It’s located on a different floor to me. (Bedroom 1 on picture). The bathroom would be shared with just one other male.

We live in a new-build 3 storey town house (ex show-home) and the new lodger would also share the main lounge, south facing garden and kitchen. There are two parking spots at the rear of the property.

The house is located within Buckshaw Village and is only an 8 minute walk from the train station and there are regular direct trains into Preston, Chorley, Blackpool and Manchester.

I've got Sky TV, internet connection and a further TV in the kitchen.

All bills included.

Must love minature long haired sausage dogs, as I have three! Sense of humour essential!

I consider myself to be laidback and have a warm and open personality. ( My 26 year old daughter is here for dinner occasionally during the week). My male lodgers are lovely, clean and very respectful.
