Room to rent in Buckshaw Village

Double room in 3 bed detached house in Buckshaw Village. Room is furnished, with double bed with drawers in the base, wardrobe, large unit with drawers and cupboards, bedside units, TV, also shared use of 3rd bedroom which is set up as an office when I work from home and has desk, office chair, colour laser printer etc. Bathroom is straight outside bedroom door and is not shared, I don't use it so it would be all yours.

House is a 3 bed detached on a quiet street with houses only on one side of the street, has garage, driveway, 900mbps fibre broadband, washer, drier, dishwasher etc. About a mile to the M6 J28 and only 5 mins from the M61 J8 so it’s in a really good location for commuting.

I can be away quite a bit with work or at my caravan so you would have the house to yourself quite frequently each month. I'm quite a chilled out guy, like a good laugh so someone with a sense of humour and on the same wavelength would be great
