I have a king size room available in a quiet house with myself (and cat!) It’s a good size with a comfortable king bed, desk, drawers and large TV and sky box (that is logged into my streaming accounts for you to enjoy; Netflix, prime video, paramount, sky cinema and Apple TV. As it’s at the end of the corridor it’s nice and quiet, and very private .
The shared bathroom has a shower and bath. The rest of the house has a well equipped kitchen, dining room, patio, laundry, and storage areas.
The house is a 3 minute walk to town centre so very convenient. £500pcm and all bills are included.
I have a 9-5 job and work 5 days a week, I’m very down to earth and being in my 50s prefer to spend my evenings in front of TV! So looking for someone who also enjoys the calm and quiet.
