Ideally looking for 1 young professional or postgraduate student looking to rent a room. Me and my partner who live in the flat are young professionals, love the outdoors (and camping) and are both respectful of people’s privacy(but always up for a drink out!)

The flat has been well maintained and is unkept in a tidy condition. There is a spacious newly installed open plan kitchen/dining room space, gas central heating and exquisite hardwood flooring throughout. Flat is fully finished including kitchen white goods. (including washing machine, tumble dryer and dish washer, oven and cooker) The lounge also comes with a wood burning stove - very nice and cosy in winter. The flat also comes with a newly renovated Bathroom - which is shared.

There is basement storage however it is not padlocked (I have never had an issue leaving things in their) but there is not bike storage in the flat itself.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from the Kelvinbridge and Hillhead Subway station as well as a 5 minute walk from Tesco express and Glasgow Botanics.

Would consider anyone wanting to stay 6 months or more.
