A spacious double room is available in a beautifully redecorated and fully furnished flat. The room comes furnished with a wardrobe and chest of drawers, and you will also have your own separate bathroom.

The flat has been finished to a high standard, with thoughtfully designed interiors and modern touches throughout. There is a bright and welcoming hallway, a comfortable and stylish lounge (with a large TV), and a modern dining kitchen. Large windows bring in plenty of natural light, making the space feel open and relaxed.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances (including an air fryer, blender, coffee machine, and all pots and pans), so you can move in comfortably without needing to bring much.

You’ll be sharing with a working professional (I work from home most of the week), so the flat is generally calm and well-kept. I value a clean, tidy, and respectful environment, so I’m looking for someone who is considerate, easygoing, and takes care of shared spaces.

This isn’t a party flat, but it’s absolutely fine to have friends over for dinner or relaxed socialising. Ideally looking for another working professional with a similar lifestyle.
