Super flat, bright and spacious, just been furnished.

There are 3 bedrooms, but as this is non HMO, it's 2 people maximium, unless you're a family in which case the limit doesn't apply.

The flat has timber floors, gas central heating, double glazing and two huge storage cupboards.

The front bedroom has its own dressing / study and a king size bed.

The bedrooms to the rear are king size and double beds.

All of the beds and mattresses are brand new.

The kitchen has a washer / dryer, and an american style fridge / freezer.

It's in a great spot, with easy access to city centre amenities and all the universities. It has excellent transport links including the subway and rail stations within five to ten minutes walk, while the M8 is literally around the corner. Resident permit street parking can be applied for.

I'm currently waiting for landlord registration to be approved by Glasgow council, and the flat will be available as soon as that comes through, which should be any day.

The rent is priced on the basis that the accommodation is taken through to the end of August, and priority will be given to applicants whose intended stay aligns with this timeframe.

You will be responsible for the bills during your stay, but I am open to including for a fair price. The EPC rating is D, and bills will be lower as we are coming into the summer months.

You will also be responsible for the council tax, which is band C.
