I’m a resident doctor living in Glasgow. I’m looking for a professional female to replace my current flatmate who is moving out in August. I’ve had flatmates all my adult life and am looking for someone who also enjoys living with a flatmate!

Rent would be £575pp / month excluding bills. Deposit is £675pp. Bills (wifi, electricity, gas) come up to about £40-80pp / month depending on the time of the year and council tax is £118pp / month (band D).

About the flat:
It’s a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom flat split over 2 floors in Broomhill (west end).

Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms, one of which is up for rent (in the photos). My room is not included in the photos. There is also a smaller room used as an office / guest room which we share. The bathroom is also upstairs.

Downstairs, there is the kitchen, dining area, and the living room. We have a kettle, microwave, oven, stove, washing machine and dryer in the kitchen. There is a TV in the living room.

It’s an excellent location in the west end! Very spacious for 2 people, with an extra office, large living room and separate dining area.
