Room in Govanhill :)

hi!

i have a room available in my flat in govanhill. its a 2 min walk from the train station and queens park. its a lovely big flat with lots of light and the available bedroom is really big too. its council tax band c and the gas and electric are top up meters but are fairly normal price wise.

i am pretty chill, i like to cook, hang out with my cat, make art/play music, go to gigs etc. my cat is really cuddly and interactive :3 i do go out occasionally but this is defo not a party/afters flat! im sober but dont mind living with people who arent.

in terms of what im looking for in a flatmate, id like someone who is veggie/vegan, queer, someone who is fairly clean and who communicates directly. im trans, and so are most of my friends, so respect around that is essential. it would be nice to have someone who wants to hang out/chat sometimes but i do appreciate having alone time, and theres no pressure, we can see how we get along sorta thing!
